Albert Arthur Allen
(1886-1962)
American photographer Albert Arthur Allen worked during the 1920s, a
time when the United States was open to artistic exploration. Allen s
photographs of the Flapper Women, wore their hair in bobs, high heels,
and not much else. Unbeknownst to him, Allen had taken on the
stigmatized world of nudity and politics in art.
